This virus infects only INITs; it does not infect the System file, desktop files, control panel and document files, or applications. It triggers if an infected Macintosh is started on Friday the 13th in 1991 or later. The virus can change the names and attributes of folders and files to random strings, and it may delete a small percentage of files.
